
Ingredients:
• 1 pint Fresh Plums, stem removed, washed and rinsed, pat dry
• 1 cup Toasted Sliced Almonds,
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp. Almond Extract
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and vanilla extract, almond extract, milk and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the plums and toasted almond, mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin liners tins and bake for 35 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.
