
Ingredients:
• 3 Peaches, peeled and sliced
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. Vegetable Oil
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract, oil and milk, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in sliced peaches mixed well until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin liners tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 on a wire rack and serve.
