Peach Muffins

These Peach Muffins is moist and loaded with fresh peaches.

Ingredients:

• 3 Peaches, peeled and sliced

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 tsp. Vegetable Oil

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract, oil and milk, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in sliced peaches mixed well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into muffin liners tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 on a wire rack and serve.
