
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 Self Rising Flour
•1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 3 Eggs
• Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and yogurt, oil, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased springform pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
