Yogurt Cake:

This cake is made with yogurt and dust with powdered sugar for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 Self Rising Flour

•1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Vegetable Oil

• 3 Eggs

• Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and yogurt, oil, eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased springform pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
