
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3 Red Apples, peeled and diced
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 3 Eggs
• Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the apples well mixed
- Pour the batter into greased cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes and dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
