
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and oil, sour cream, milk, butter and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin liners tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
