
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 1/2 cup Milk
• 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 4 Eggs
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
• 2 2/4 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 8 tbsp. Heavy Cream
• 8 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
Instructions:
Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease three round cake pans with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and oil, milk, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Divide the batter into three greased cake pans and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool completely on wire rack.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in butter and vanilla extract, heavy cream and powdered sugar, salt, beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- Place one cake layer on cake platter, frost it and lay second cake layer on top, frost it and now lay three cake layer on top, frost it. Serve and Enjoy!
