Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

These Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies is fudgy red velvet and cheesecake bars makes a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

Red Velvet Brownies:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

• 1 tbsp. Red Food Coloring

• 1 cup Chopped Walnuts

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 tsp. White Vinegar

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 2 Eggs

Cheesecake:

• 1 package Cream Cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray cooking spray on sides of the pan.
  2. Make the Red Velvet Brownies, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cocoa powder and walnuts, red food coloring, beat well until combined.
  3. Add in butter, cream cheese and eggs, beat well until smooth.
  4. Pour in 1/2 batter into greased baking pan.
  5. In a bowl of stand up mixer add cheesecake ingredients and beat well until smooth.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the red velvet batter in the pan out evenly.
  7. Spread remaining red velvet batter on top and bake for 30 minutes and let cool completely.
  8. Slice in bars and serve.
