
Ingredients:
Red Velvet Brownies:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 tbsp. Red Food Coloring
• 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. White Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
Cheesecake:
• 1 package Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray cooking spray on sides of the pan.
- Make the Red Velvet Brownies, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, cocoa powder and walnuts, red food coloring, beat well until combined.
- Add in butter, cream cheese and eggs, beat well until smooth.
- Pour in 1/2 batter into greased baking pan.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add cheesecake ingredients and beat well until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the red velvet batter in the pan out evenly.
- Spread remaining red velvet batter on top and bake for 30 minutes and let cool completely.
- Slice in bars and serve.
