Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

This Cheesy Mashed Potatoes is easy to make to serve for side dish at weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

• 8 Potatoes, washed, peeled and diced

• Water

• 2 tbsp. Salt

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/2 cup Heavy cream

• 1/4 cup Sour Cream

• 1 package Cream Cheese

• 1 package Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 4 tbsp. Butter

Instructions:

  1. In a pot with boiling water over med high heat, add in 2 tbsp. salt and add in diced potatoes, cook until tender, drained.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Pour the cooked potatoes back in the pot and use a potato masher to mash potatoes until creamy.
  4. Add in 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt and black pepper, stir well until combined. Add in heavy cream and butter mixture, stir well until combined.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bake for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and serve.
