
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 bar Unsweetened Chocolate
• 1 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans plus 2/4 cup for garnish
• 1 package Caramel Candies
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Half and Half
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 4 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and milk, butter, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips, chocolate bars pieces,1 1/2 cup chopped pecans, mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased baking pan and bake for 12 minutes.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in caramel candies and half and half, stir well until 3 minutes.
- Take the brownie out of oven and pour caramel sauce over top and sprinkle 2/4 cup chopped pecans.
- Place back in the oven to bake for 10 more minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
