
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp. Espresso Powder
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Chocolate Chunks
• 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, washed and rinsed, halved
• 1 cup Hazelnut
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder espresso powder and beat well until combined.
- Add in the butter, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and chocolate chunks, hazelnut and strawberry, mix well until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
