
Ingredients:
Matcha Mascarpone Cream
• 1 container Mascarpone Cream, at room temperature
• 1 container Whipped Crea
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 Egg Yolks
Ladyfingers:
• 24 Ladyfingers
• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
• Hot Water
Toppingo
• 2 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
Instructions:
- In a double boiler over med high heat with boiling water place a safe heat bowl on it. Add in sugar and egg yolks. Whisk until lightened in colour form. Take off heat and set aside.
- Divide the heavy cream in two cups. Gently add 1 cup in the egg yolk mixture. Add in the mascarpone Cream and add in heavy cream stir well until combined. Set aside.
- Add 1 cup heavy cream into powdered sugar in a bowl stir well until combined. Place in the fridge.
- In a shallow plate, add matcha powder and water, stir well until combined.
- Dip the Ladyfingers in matcha powder and layer in the bottom of baking dish and spread 1/2 mascarpone cream and layers more ladyfingers , spread remaining mascarpone cream and then top with whipped cream topping and dust with matcha powder.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
