Matcha Crinkle Cookies

These Matcha Crinkle Cookies is soft inside and crispy around the edges for a sweet treat.

Ingredients:

Cookies:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs

For Rolling:

• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and matcha powder, vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls and roll dough balls.
  4. In a bowl add in granulated sugar and powdered sugar, stir well until combined.
  5. Roll the cookie dough in the sugar mixture coating on each sides.
  6. Place on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
