
Ingredients:
Cookies:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
For Rolling:
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and matcha powder, vanilla extract, butter and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into balls and roll dough balls.
- In a bowl add in granulated sugar and powdered sugar, stir well until combined.
- Roll the cookie dough in the sugar mixture coating on each sides.
- Place on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
