Matcha Bundt Cake

This Matcha Bundt Cake is moist and flavored with matcha green tea powder for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• 1 cup Sour Cream

• 2 Eggs

• Whipped Cream and Green Tea Powder for garnish

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add to flour, sugar, matcha powder, mix well.
  3. Add in the butter, vanilla extract and oil, sour cream, eggs, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool completely on wire rack.
  5. Garnish with cool whipped and matcha powder. Serve.
