
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 2 Eggs
• Whipped Cream and Green Tea Powder for garnish
Ingredients:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt cake pan with cooking.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add to flour, sugar, matcha powder, mix well.
- Add in the butter, vanilla extract and oil, sour cream, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased bundt cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool completely on wire rack.
- Garnish with cool whipped and matcha powder. Serve.
