
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 1/2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 3/4 cup Milk
• 3 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and oil, and egg, beat well until combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls and in the second bowl stir in cocoa powder mix and milk well until combined.
- In the greased cake pan add 1/2 cup vanilla cake batter and then spoon 1/2 cup chocolate batter on top. Keep repeating this steps until batter is all used up.
- Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 before slicing and serving.
