Zebra Cake:

This Zebra Cake is swirled with chocolate and vanilla swirls for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 1/2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 3/4 cup Milk

• 3 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a round cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, vanilla extract and oil, and egg, beat well until combined.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls and in the second bowl stir in cocoa powder mix and milk well until combined.
  4. In the greased cake pan add 1/2 cup vanilla cake batter and then spoon 1/2 cup chocolate batter on top. Keep repeating this steps until batter is all used up.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 before slicing and serving.
