
Instructions:
• 1 lb. Fresh Shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 cup White Rice
• 1 Onion, diced
• 1 Green Bell Peppers, diced
• 2 Celery Stalks, diced
• 1 can Diced Tomatoes
• 1/4 cup Flour
• 2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 1 cup Shrimp Broth
• 1/2 cup Canola Oil
• 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce
Instructions:
- In pot of boiling water cook the rice until tender and drained.
- In a skillet over med high heat oil and flour stir occasionally and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add in the bell pepper, onion and celery, cook for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add in the broth, tomatoes and old bay seasoning and cayenne pepper, stir well until combined for 20 minutes.
- Add in the shrimp and hot sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve warm in bowls with cooked white rice.
