Honey Garlic Chicken Tenders

This Chicken Tender is crispy, sweet and sticky sauce is delicious for weeknight meal with favorite sides

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. Chicken Tenders

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 2 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 3/4 cup Honey

• 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

• 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl add in the flour and second bowl add in eggs, slightly beaten.
  2. Dredge the chicken in the eggs and then in flour, coated on both sides. Place on a plate.
  3. In a skillet over med high heat with cooking oil, cook the chicken food 4 minutes on both sides. Transfer to paper towel lined plate to drained off greased.
  4. In a saucepan over med high heat add in honey and soy sauce, garlic, stir well until thickened like sauce. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the cooked chicken tenders in a bowl and pour sauce over the chicken tenders coating on both sides.
  6. Serve warm.
