Blueberry Vanilla Cake

This Blueberry Vanilla Cake is moist and flavor with fresh blueberries for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 2/4 cup Unsalted and, softened

• 3 Eggs

• Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cake pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the blueberries and mix well until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into greased cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
