
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2/4 cup Unsalted and, softened
• 3 Eggs
• Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cake pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and butter, eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the blueberries and mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased cake pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and dust with powdered sugar.
