Cottage Cheese Pancakes

This Cottage Cheese Pancakes is easy recipe to make for breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Cottage Cheese

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 3 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 1/3 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a mini muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until combined.
  3. Spoon the batter into each muffin pan tins and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
