
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Cottage Cheese
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 3 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1/3 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a mini muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the ingredients and beat well until combined.
- Spoon the batter into each muffin pan tins and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
