
Ingredients:
Brownie Crust:
• 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 Eggs plus 1 Egg Yolk
Ice Cream
• 1 quart Chocolate Ice Cream
Chocolate Ganache:
Chocolate Frosting:
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 3 tbsp. Whipped Cream
Garnish:
• Oreo Cookies
• Mini Chocolate Bars Candy
Instructions:
- Prepare the Brownie Base, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in oil, vanilla extract, eggs and egg yolk, beat well until combined and smooth.
- In the bottom of springform pan with aluminum foil, press brownie base and spread out evenly in the bottom.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and cool completely at room temperature.
- After the brownie crust cool and spoon the chocolate ice cream evenly over top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 10 hours.
- Make the Chocolate Frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in the remaining powdered sugar and in whipped cream, butter, beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- Top with chocolate frosting and garnish with Oreo cookies and mini chocolate bars.
- Slice and Enjoy!
