Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

This Chocolate Ice Cream Cake is fudgy an layer of chocolate to make delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

Brownie Crust:

• 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Vegetable Oil

• 2 Eggs plus 1 Egg Yolk

Ice Cream

• 1 quart Chocolate Ice Cream

Chocolate Ganache:

Chocolate Frosting:

• 2 cups Powdered Sugar

• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened

• 3 tbsp. Whipped Cream

Garnish:

• Oreo Cookies

• Mini Chocolate Bars Candy

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Brownie Base, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
  2. Add in oil, vanilla extract, eggs and egg yolk, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. In the bottom of springform pan with aluminum foil, press brownie base and spread out evenly in the bottom.
  4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and cool completely at room temperature.
  5. After the brownie crust cool and spoon the chocolate ice cream evenly over top.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 10 hours.
  7. Make the Chocolate Frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa powder, mix well.
  8. Add in the remaining powdered sugar and in whipped cream, butter,  beat well until smooth and fluffy.
  9. Top with chocolate frosting and garnish with Oreo cookies and mini chocolate bars.
  10. Slice and Enjoy!
