
Instructions:
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 Grated Zucchini
• 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• Season with Black Pepper
• 1 block Grugere Cheese, grated
• 3 Eggs
Instructions:
- In a bowl add in flour, salt and black pepper, zucchini, cheese and scallions, mix well until combined.
- Add in the eggs one at time and stir well until combined.
- In a skillet with oil over med high heat spoon the batter into hot oil and cook in batches until light golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
