
Ingredients:
Chicken:
• 2 Chicken Breast, split in 4 horizontally split
• 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
• Salt and White Pepper to taste.
Sauce:
• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Minced Garlic Cloves
• 1/2 Chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from Lemon
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
Instructions:
Chicken:
- In a bowl add in the flour, cheese and salt, white pepper , stir well until combined.
- Take each chicken coated with flour mixture on both sides.
- In a skillet over med high add in oil and place the chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet to a paper towel lined plate and drained off greased.
- Make the sauce, in a skillet over med high add in butter and oil, cook until butter is melted and add in the onions, cook until tender. Add in the garlic cook until translacent.
- Add in the flour, cook for 1 minute while stirring occasionally and chicken broth and milk, cheese. Season with salt and white pepper, stir occasionally until thickened
- Place the cooked chicken into cream sauce and let simmer on low heat until bubbly hot.
- Serve warm with rice or mashed potatoes.
