
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Pork Sausage Links
• 1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1 1/3 cup Milk
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
• 4 Eggs, slightly beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, salt and black pepper, beat until combined and make a well in the center. Add in the eggs at time and melted butter beat well until combined and smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
- In a skillet over med high heat with cooking oil cook the sausage links on both sides until done and brown. Drained off greased on paper towel lined plate.
- Place the sausage links in the baking dish and pour the batter over the cooked sausage links.
- Bake for 55 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
