
Instructions:
Crumb:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, cold and cubed
Filling:
• 1 pint of Fresh Raspberries
• 2 cups Raspberry Jam
• 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the crumble, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in the oats and flour, brown sugar, butter, beat well until combined and no lumps of butter left.
- Pour the crumble in the bottom of baking dish and press down on it spread out evenly.
- Make the filling, in a bowl add in the raspberries, raspberry jam and lemon juice, flour, mash the ingredients with a masher until combined.
- Spread the filling over top of crumble.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
