
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
• 4 Egg Whites
• 1 box of Blue Jell-O
• 1 box of Red Jell-O
Whipped Cream Topping:
• 1 cup Cold Whipped Cream
• 1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• Red and Blue Sprinkles for garnish
Instructions:
Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and oil, sour cream, milk, butter and egg whites, beat well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased baking dish and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the whipped cream, sugar and vanilla extract, beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- In two separate bowls, make the Jell-O according to box instructions.
- Poke holes in the cake and pour both Jell-O in the cake.
- Spread whipped cream over top evenly and sprinkle with sprinkles over top.
