
Ingredients:
Crust:
• 4 cups Oreo Crumbs
• 6 tbsp. Melted Butter
Filling:
• 1 2/4 cup Oreo Crumbs
• 1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 package Cream Cheese
• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
Whipped Cream Topping:
• 2/4 cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
• 4 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• Oreo Crumbs for garnish, optional
Instructions:
Crust:
- In a bowl add in Oreo crumbs, melted butter until combined.
- Line a springform pan with parchment paper in the bottom.
- Press the crust in the bottom of the pan out evenly. Place in the fridge to chill
- Make the filling, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and sugar, vanilla extract, beat well until smooth. Stir in Oreo crumbs until well mixed.
- Take the crust out of the fridge and spread filling over top out evenly. Place back in the fridge.
- Make the topping, in a bowl of stand up add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, beat well until smooth and fluffy.
- Take cheesecake out of the fridge and spread out evenly topping. Garnish with Oreo crumbs and place back in the fridge to chill before serving.
