
Ingredients:
• 1 large Fresh Salmon Fillets
• 6 Potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 Onion, diced
• 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Olive Oil
• Parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Pat dry the salmon with clean kitchen towel and brush olive oil on the salmon on both sides.
- In a skillet over med high heat place the salmon to cook and flipping the salmon while cooking for 8 minutes. Reminder the salmon from skillet and on plate, set aside.
- In a pot of boiling water cook the potatoes until tender and drained.
- Pour the cook potatoes in a bowl add in onions, mayonnaise and mustard and salt, black pepper, stir well.
- Take a fork to flake the salmon in pieces. Then place the salmon pieces in potato salad and stir well until combined.
- Serve with parsley if desired.
