
Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 3 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Red Food Coloring
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 tbsp. Vanilla Yogurt
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Cream Cheese Frosting:
• 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
• 2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in the yogurt, vanilla extract and red food coloring, oil, milk eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour the cake batter into each cupcake liners and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before frosting.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in cream cheese, butter, beat well.
- Add in the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, beat well until fluffy and smooth.
- Use a piping bag to frost each cupcake and Enjoy!
