
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 cup Chopped Onions
• 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Egg
Glaze:
• 1/3 cup Ketchup
• 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
• 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl add in the beef, onions, breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and add in Worcestershire sauce, egg, using clean hands mix well and form mixture into loaf.
- Place the loaf into the loaf pan.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in the glaze ingredients and bring it to a boil, stir occasionally until form a sauce.
- Pour over the meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes until done.
- Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
