
Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 Ripe Bananas
• 1 1/3 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. White Vinegar
• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Toppings:
• Store Brought Chocolate Sauce
• 1 cup Sliced Bananas
Instructions:
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, vanilla extract and milk, oil, melted butter, egg, bananas, beat well until combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over med high heat with cooking spray to spray to help the pancakes not to stick to skillet.
- Spoon batter into hot oil skillet or griddle and cook into batches.
- Serve banana pancakes with sliced bananas and pour chocolate sauce, enjoy!
