Baked Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Baked Macaroni and Cheese Casserole is creamy and cheesy comfort food.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Uncooked Macaroni

• 1 tbsp. Flour

• 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard

• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In pot of boiling salty water cook the macaroni until tender, drained.
  3. In a skillet over med high heat add in oil and butter, stir until butter is melted.
  4. Add in the flour and yellow mustard, stir until combined.
  5. Add in 3 cups cheese, stir until melted.
  6. Pour cheese over macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour in a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown and serve warm.
