
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Uncooked Macaroni
• 1 tbsp. Flour
• 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Yellow Mustard
• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In pot of boiling salty water cook the macaroni until tender, drained.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in oil and butter, stir until butter is melted.
- Add in the flour and yellow mustard, stir until combined.
- Add in 3 cups cheese, stir until melted.
- Pour cheese over macaroni and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown and serve warm.
