
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 cups Rolled Oats
• 1 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 tsp. Cornstarch
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 1 Egg
• 2/4 cup Butter, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the butter, brown sugar and sugar, beat well until fluffy and combined.
- Add in the flour, oats, cornstarch and cinnamon, baking soda and salt, beat well until combined.
- Divided the dough into each round dough and place on the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
