Oatmeal Cookies

Oatmeal Cookies are soft inside and crispy around the edges with loaded of rolled oats.

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 cups Rolled Oats

• 1 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 2/4 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 tsp. Cornstarch

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

• 1/4 tsp. Salt

• 1 Egg

• 2/4 cup Butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the butter, brown sugar and sugar, beat well until fluffy and combined.
  3. Add in the flour, oats, cornstarch and cinnamon, baking soda and salt, beat well until combined.
  4. Divided the dough into each round dough and place on the greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving.
