
Ingredients:
• 2lb. Chicken Wings
• 1/2 cup Water
Dry Rub:
• 1/2 tbsp. Chile Pepper
• 1/2 tbsp. Smoked Paprika
• 1/2 tbsp. Onion Powder
• 1/2 tbsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Cumin
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Dried Mustard Powder
• 1/2 cup Cayenne Pepper
• 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/4 tsp. Dried Oregano
• 1/4 tsp. Dried Ground Thyme
• 3/4 tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients until combined.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking dish with tin foil.
Place the chicken wings on the baking dish and rub the dry rub over the chicken wings coating on both sides. Fold the tin foil over the chicken and add 1/2 water to bottom of the dish.
Bake for 50 minutes until chicken wings are tender and juicy. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
