White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

This White Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake is creamy and sweet with white chocolate cherry cheesecake filling for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Crust:

• 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

• 1/2 cup Butter, melted

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

Cheesecake Filling:

• 1/4 cup White Chocolate

• 1 can Cherry Pie Filling

• 4 packages Cream Cheese

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Sour Cream

• 3 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Make the crust, preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food truck add ingredients and pulse until crumbs.
  3. Press crumbs in the bottom of springform pan spreading out evenly. Set aside.
  4. Make the cheesecake filling, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in cream cheese, and sugar, beat well until combined.
  5. Add in eggs, beat well until combined and add in sour cream and vanilla extract, beat well until smooth.
  6. Stir in cherry pie filling, white chocolate chips and mix well until combined.
  7. Pour the filling over crust in a springform pan out evenly.
  8. Pour 1/2 inch of water in a roasting pan and place springform pan inside and bake for 1 hour and turn off the oven let set for 1 hour.
  9. Place in the fridge to chill for 8 hours before serving.
