Hungarian Hot Dog and Potato Stew

This Hungarian Hot Dog and Potato Stew is easy recipe to make with few ingredients to eat for lunch or dinner

Ingredients:

• 1 package Hot Dogs, cut into coins shape

• 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced

• 1 Onion, diced

• 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste

• 2 tsp. Ketchup

• 1 tbsp. Sugar

• 2 tsp. Salt

• Black Pepper to taste

• 2 tbsp. Paprika

• 2 tbsp. White Vinegar

• 4 tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot over med high heat add onions, cook until tender and add in paprika, stir well cook for 8 minutes and pour in white vinegar, stir well about 20 seconds.
  2. Pour in the water, potatoes and salt, black pepper, tomato paste and sugar, ketchup, stir well until combined and cook for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  3. Add in hot dogs and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve warm.
