Strawberry Cookies

This Strawberry Cookies is soft inside and crispy around the edges, filled with strawberries.

Instructions:

• 1 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 cup Diced Fresh Strawberries

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, brown sugar and butter, vanilla extract and egg, beat well until combined. Stir in the strawberries and mix well until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
