Cranberry Pecan Pie

Cranberry Pecan Pie is filled with fresh raspberries and loaded with pecans in a pie crust.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Fresh Cranberries

• 2 cups Chopped Pecans

• 1 cup Light Corn Syrup

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 cup Melted Butter

• 2 Eggs

• 1 store brought Pie Crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust into bottom of the pie pan.
  2. In a bowl add in corn syrup and vanilla extract, sugar, butter and eggs, whisk until well mixed.
  3. Add in the cranberries and pecans, stir well until combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 35 minutes until filling is bubbly hot.
  5. Let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
