
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Fresh Cranberries
• 2 cups Chopped Pecans
• 1 cup Light Corn Syrup
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Melted Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1 store brought Pie Crust
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray. Place the pie crust into bottom of the pie pan.
- In a bowl add in corn syrup and vanilla extract, sugar, butter and eggs, whisk until well mixed.
- Add in the cranberries and pecans, stir well until combined.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 35 minutes until filling is bubbly hot.
- Let pie cool for 10 minutes before serving.
