Halloween Swirl Cream Cheese Brownies

These brownies have layer dark chocolate brownie topped with swirl of orange cheesecake for perfect Halloween treat.

Ingredients:

Brownies:

• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Salt

• 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 Eggs

Cream Cheese:

• 1 package Cream Cheese

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 Egg

• Few drops of Orange Food Coloring

Instructions:

Brownies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, sugar, salt and cocoa powder, mix well.
  3. Add in vanilla extract, oil and eggs, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour 1/2 batter into greased baking pan.

Cream Cheese:

  1. In a bowl of stand mixer, add in cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg and few drops of orange food coloring, beat well until combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on top of brownie batter and then drop the remaining brownie on top and use a knife to swirl it in cream cheese mixture.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
