
Ingredients:
Brownies:
• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 Eggs
Cream Cheese:
• 1 package Cream Cheese
• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Egg
• Few drops of Orange Food Coloring
Instructions:
Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in flour, sugar, salt and cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in vanilla extract, oil and eggs, beat well until combined.
- Pour 1/2 batter into greased baking pan.
Cream Cheese:
- In a bowl of stand mixer, add in cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, egg and few drops of orange food coloring, beat well until combined.
- Spread the cream cheese on top of brownie batter and then drop the remaining brownie on top and use a knife to swirl it in cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let brownies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
