How To Make Spaghetti Bolognese:
Ingredients:
• 1lb. Ground Beef
• 1 Carrot, finely chopped
• 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
• 1 jar Ragu Marinara Sauce
• 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon
• 1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• 1 Celery, finely chopped
• 2 tsp. Dried Basil
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. Red Chili Pepper Flakes
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
• 1 package of Spaghetti Pasta
Instructions:
In a pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente, drained. Reserve the 1/2 cup pasta water.
In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions and carrots, celery until beef is done and veggies are tender. Add in garlic let it simmer until hot bubbly. Drain off the excess grease.
Place it back in the same skillet and add rest of the ingredients, pasta water and let it simmer until thickened and bubbly.
Serve the meat sauce over a plate of spaghetti.
