How To Make Lasagna Soup:
Ingredients:
Soup:
• 1lb. Ground Beef
• 1 Onion, finely diced
• 5 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1/3 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
• 1 can Tomato Paste
• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 2 can Diced Tomatoes
• 4 cups Chicken Broth
• 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Garnishes Toppings:
• 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
• 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
• 5 tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely chopped
Instructions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until done, drain off excess grease.
Add the beef/onion mixture in a pot and add in tomato sauce, tomato paste and diced tomatoes, chicken broth, bring it to a boil. Add in red flakes, salt and oregano, heavy cream. Let it simmer.
Now takes lasagna noodles and put in the soup, let it all simmer until thickened and bubbly.
Spoon lasagna soup into a bowl and topped it with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese and fresh basil. Serve hot.
