Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

This Peanut Butter Sheet Cake is moist with peanut butter frosting on top.

Ingredients:

Cake:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar

• 1 cup Butter, softened

• 1 cup Water

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

• 1/3 cup Buttermilk

• 2 Eggs

Frosting:

• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

• 1/2 cup Butter, softened

• 2 cups Powdered Sugar

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tsp. Milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, mix well until combined.
  3. Add in the butter, water and peanut butter, mix well until combined.
  4. Add in the buttermilk, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until smooth.
  5. Pour the cake batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for completely before frosting.
  6. Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter, butter, milk and beat well until smooth and creamy.
  7. Spread the frosting over the top of the cooled cake.
