
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 1 cup Water
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1/3 cup Buttermilk
• 2 Eggs
Frosting:
• 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup Butter, softened
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tsp. Milk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, mix well until combined.
- Add in the butter, water and peanut butter, mix well until combined.
- Add in the buttermilk, vanilla extract and eggs, beat well until smooth.
- Pour the cake batter into greased baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let cake cool for completely before frosting.
- Make the frosting, in a bowl of stand up mixer add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter, butter, milk and beat well until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the frosting over the top of the cooled cake.
