Raspberry Mummy Hand Pies

These raspberry mummy hand pies are filled with raspberry jam in a pastry puff with candy gooey eyes.

Ingredients:

• 2 package Puff Pastry

• 8 tbsp. Raspberry Jam

• 4 tbsp. Milk for brushing the top

• 1 package Edible Gooey Eyes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Roll the pastry puff into a fat surface and cut one sheet into equal size squares, cut into 12 rectangles.
  3. Cut the rest pastry puff into thin strips.
  4. Spoon the raspberry jam into rectangle puff pastry and add strips on top. Place edible eyes top of the puff pastry.
  5. Brush each one with milk and bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
