Banana Oat Muffins

These muffins are made with bananas and oats for healthy snack or for breakfast.

Instructions:

• 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 cup Rolled Oats

• 1 cup Mashed Bananas

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in flour, sugar, oats and mashed bananas, vanilla extract,oil, milk, egg, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown. Let muffins cool for 10 minutes before serving.
