Corn Casserole

Corn casserole is so easy to make with Jiffy cornbread mix, whole corn ,creamed of corn and sour cream to have side dish for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix

• 1 can Whole Kernel Corn

• 1 can Cream of Style Corn

• 1 cup Sour Cream

• 1/2 cup Melted Butter

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking dish with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the whole corn, cream of corn and sour cream, melted butter, eggs one at time, mix well. Add in the corn bread mix and cheese, mix well combined.

Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
