
Ingredients:
• 2lb. Spare Ribs
• 3 cup BBQ Sauce
• 1 tbsp. Seasoned Salt
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Hamburger Buns
• Toppings: Pickles and Sliced Onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Place the spare ribs on cutting board and remove the membrane, score with a knife beside each rib bone on both sides.
Add seasoning salt and salt, black pepper on top ribs and rub it all over the ribs. Place the ribs in tin foil and place on baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 2 hours and then remove from oven. Let it cool for 15 minutes. Then baste it with bbq sauce.
Now take each rib bone out of the ribs and cut the ribs.
Assemble:
Place a bottom bun on a plate and add rib and topped with pickles, onions and place the top bun. Serve.
