Macaroni Salad

The macaroni salad is so easy to make for a side dish or eat alone.

What kind of pasta to use?

The best pasta to use in this recipe is elbow macaroni and while you cooking it, put salt in the boiling water to help it from sticking together.

What’s the ingredients for sauce?

The sauce ingredients is mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet pickle relish, mustard, salt, black pepper.

What’s the rest of ingredients?

The rest of ingredients is diced tomatoes and onions, sweet peas, cheese to make it creamy.

What kind of cheese to use?

The best cheese to use is cheddar cheese to make it cheesy.

Do you keep the macaroni salad in the fridge or freezer?

You can keep either one, but if you keep in the freezer to chill only leave in there for 1 hour and when you chill in the fridge keep it there until ready to serve or up to 4 hours.


How To Make Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Elbow Macaroni

• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 2 cups Diced Tomatoes

• 2 cups Cooked Sweet Peas

• 2 cups Diced Onions

Sauce:

• 1 cup Mayonnaise

• 2 tbsp. Mustard

• 2 tbsp. Pickle Relish

• 1 tbsp. Sour Cream

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a pot of boiling salty water, cook the macaroni until tender, drain.

In a mixing bowl, add in all the sauce ingredients and mix well combined.

Add in the tomatoes, pickle relish and onions, sweet peas, macaroni, mix well combined.

Place it in the fridge and let it chill until ready to serve or up to 4 hours.
