Sweet potato pie

How To Make Sweet Potato Pie:

Ingredients:

1 Store Brought Pie Crust

• 2 large Sweet Potato, peeled and diced, cooked and mashed

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 Eggs

• 1/2 cup Butter, softened

• 2/3 cup Sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a pie dish .

In a mixing bowl, add in the mashed sweet potato, sugar and vanilla extract, butter, egg one at time, whisk until creamy and fluffy.

Pour the sweet potato filling into pie crust and bake 45 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
