Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp

How To Make Coconut Shrimp:

Ingredients:

• 1lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails attached

• 1 cup Flour

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 cup Plain Breadcrumbs

• 1 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

• 2 Eggs

• Cooking Spray

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 375•F and spray the best with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl mix together flour, garlic powder and salt, pepper. Then another mixing bowl whisk the eggs together. With another bowl mix together breadcrumbs and coconut.

Now take the shrimps dredge them in the flour mixture and then eggs. Now dredge shrimp into coconut/breadcrumbs mixture.

Place breading shrimp into basket of air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, turning them over when cooking.

Take coconut shrimp out of the air fryer to serving platter. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
