How to bake Apple Cake:

Ingredients:

· 6 cups Granny Smith Apples, peeled and diced

· 2 cups Self-Rising Flour

· 2 Eggs, at room temperature

· 1/2 cup Butter, softened

· 1/2 cups Sugar

· 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

· 1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

· 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

· 1/2 tsp. Salt

Instructions:

· Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a baking sheet with cooking spray.

· In a bowl of stand up mixer, add in the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract, salt, blended until combined.

· Add in the eggs, butter and sugar, mix well.

· Add in the apples, blended until well combined.

· Pour the batter in greased baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
